Administrative Council
Administrative Council is the governing body of the church and is made up of committee chairs and selected members at large. The council provides oversight for planning and implementing programs to nurture, outreach and witness to the congregation and the community through various activities and ministry opportunities. Monthly meetings provide a time for each committee chair to report on activities being planned. The council allows for members to be aware of all activities being planned and approved (if necessary) for the congregation. The Committee is lead by a chairperson nominated and elected at Charge Conference. The chairperson’s duties are to set time and place for the meetings, notify members of meeting time and place, prepare agenda, keep meeting discussions moving smoothly and timely, and report to the congregation any news pertinent to the life of the church.
Board of Trustees
This administrative and working group oversees everything related to the church physical plant, property and equipment. They determine our church’s property use policy, work with the church leadership to develop long-term plans for our facilities, and provide for the maintenance and repair of our property. The nine-member board rotates with three members going off and three members begin elected each year.
The terms of office are three years. The Trustees elect their own officers. The board members are elected by the Annual Church Conference. Persons interested in working with the Board of Trustees are encouraged to contact current chairperson.

The mission of the Evangelism Committee is to empower and equip members to share their faith and to invite others to worship, so that they too can encounter Jesus and experience the grace and mercy of God. This committee achieves this goal by providing OUTFLOW events in the community on the first and third Saturdays of each month.
