Meet at the church for all activities | |

Advance sign-ups require permission form AND cash or check to cover cost in order to reserve your spot. These may be given directly to Mark Ward or dropped in the “youth” mailbox by the church office, or mailed to the church. Checks should be made out to Level Creek UMC. | |

WE WILL NEED AT LEAST 2 DRIVERS/ADVISORS FOR ALL EVENTS! Please let me know if you are willing and able to drive for an event. | |

Age group for these events is 12-18. Exceptions to this will only be allowed if you contact Mark Ward in advance! | |

The cost for any of these activities should never deter you from joining us! Scholarships are always available! Please contact me as far in advance as possible to discuss this from me. | |
